Owning a dog that matches your disposition

Sharing is caring!

A dog’s temperament is one of those fundamental features of each dog type and although one dog type’s feature may differ from some other, still, they all have this kind within them. As a result, you can trust on this information to help you pick out a dog whose attitude and disposition match your own. Being energetic and noisy are the typical traits of a range of tiny dogs while bigger ones may seem to be quiet and calm. You should be aware that making a dog change its inherent natural personality is not something that you can do when you want to get a dog either for your family of for yourself. So if you like the look of a certain breed, be prepared to live with the temperament of that type once you take it home.

What kind of dog has an awful disposition? Do you know what answer is? If your dog is just the best buddy for you, then the answer would be – none. Behavior that is irritating to one dog keeper is no big deal to another. A hyperactive person is indeed a good match with an equally hyperactive little Poodle or Chihuahua, even if it is as nippy as it seem. For one who is a serious type of a individual and usually devotes himself to studies or reading may require a pet who cant make such loud noises and other annoying habits or a dog which is calm, patient, faithful and good natured such as a Basset Hound.

Some dogs are considered by breeders to be difficult to train – such as the Lhasa Apso, Pekingese, Dalmatian, Irish Setter and Bull Terrier. Not all dogs are man’s best friends. Caring about the welfare of their keepers is not something that those fiercely independent creatures would do. These antisocial dog breeds can include Bull Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Doberman, Irish Terrier, Wire Haired Fox Terrier and Rottweiler. The antisocial dogs can be alert, individual, aggressive and good as guard dogs, but they’re sometimes not optimal for schooling.

In other cases, the dog type may have the potential for schooling but the characteristic of the individual dog is more reluctant. Or that dog may have had a bad experience at the pet store from unkind or unskilled carers. The dog is reacting tough to mask his fear of being harmed or overlooked based on old memories. If your dog had suffered such incident, then you should exercise more time and effort as well as be dedicated enough to make him feel safe that you are not like those people who had hurt him in his past and reassure him that he will never be punish in ways that is not justifiable if ever he undergoes a schooling.

It is quite OK not to give your dog its dog treats if he still tends to walk badly on a lead despite all your efforts to school him. Taking away his dinner is wrong and only teaches the dog to begrudge you and defy you as the only means of expression he has toward ill-treatment. Sometimes, the changes in dog’s behavior will have no obvious reason that you to observe. If you want to be a dog keeper, you should be aware that guarantees are not something that you can always have. There are times when what you have as a dog is very hard to get by and care for, but, doing your best to give your dog the kind of love and care that he needs and provide him with the best and right household are just the things that you should do.
